CANCELLATION PENALTIES

The cancellation policy for this trip is provided by our travel supplier, Vacation Express. A summary of the cancellation terms is outlined below. The full policy document is available at:
Hotel-Only Bookings (Land Package):
• Cancellations 3 or more days before departure: $25 per room cancellation fee plus any applicable hotel penalties.
• Cancellations 2 days or less before departure: $50 per room cancellation fee plus any applicable hotel penalties.
Important Notes:
• Deposits are non-refundable once reservations are confirmed.
• Cancellation penalties may increase closer to the travel date.
• Some components such as transfers or excursions may be non-refundable within certain timeframes.
• Any changes or cancellations will follow the supplier’s official terms and conditions.

Submitting a payment indicates that you have reviewed and accepted the supplier’s cancellation and change policies.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

All deposits and payments are provided and processed directly by the resort and/or airline, not held by Rein or Shine Travel Concierge, LLC. By submitting payment, you authorize charges according to the supplier's terms and conditions. 

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once payment is submitted you are subject to the supplier's terms, conditions, and cancellation fees. 

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE NOTICE

Rein or Shine Travel Concierge, LLC uses the following travel agent suppliers but can use any of your choosing by simply submitting a request via email. Please take time to familiarize yourself with the different travel insurance companies. If you are choosing travel insurance your travel agent will send you a quote for the trip, via email, within 48 hours of receiving trip deposit.

*Please note, that you are only eligible for Cancel at any Time (CAAT) and Interruption at any Time (IAAT) upgrades with most travel insurance companies, if you purchase within 14 days of deposit. 

If you have any questions, please reach out to the travel insurance company and speak with customer service, as Rein or Shine Travel Concierge, LLC does not sell travel insurance, nor is it in partnership with any travel insurance company.

PLEASE NOTE:

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active and in good standing. Missed or delayed payments may be subject to the supplier’s cancellation policy and terms.

Please print or save your payment plan agreement and set reminders or calendar alerts to ensure payments are made on time.

If you have a roommate, it is strongly recommended that you maintain communication regarding payment deadlines to ensure all required monthly payments are being submitted as scheduled.
