*We will be arriving at Princess Julianna International Airport (SXM) Simpson Bay - Maho Beach! (where the planes fly overhead!).

Please note - Airport transfer to the resort is scheduled for pick-up 2:30-3:00pm on November 5, 2026. Airport transfer is scheduled for pick-up from the resort at 12:00pm on November 10, 2026.

Flight arrival and departure times will be requested thirty (30) days prior to trip start date. This is to ensure that everyone has the appropriate airport transfer needed to get to the resort and airport.

*Planning to arrive early or stay a little longer? If you choose to arrive before the group's scheduled arrival date or extend your stay beyond the group's departure date, airport and resort transfers will not be included and will need to be arranged separately. Your travel agent can assist with additional hotel nights, transfers, excursions, dining reservations, and other travel arrangements outside of the hosted group package.✈️🌴

If by chance you are not able to be matched, you will be upgraded to a single room occupancy at no additional cost to you.

🛏️ Room Occupancy & Package Pricing

Room rates are established by the resort and are based on single or double occupancy. These rates are determined by the resort and its suppliers and cannot be adjusted by Rein or Shine Travel Concierge.

Your package price includes much more than your accommodations. It reflects your resort stay, curated group experiences, included excursions, airport transfers, hosted events, and the amenities outlined in your package.

🔄 Package Updates

Every effort is made to provide the itinerary, accommodations, and experiences as advertised. Package inclusions are subject to change up to 60 days prior to departure. If adjustments become necessary, comparable accommodations, excursions, or experiences of equal or greater value may be substituted due to supplier availability, weather, operational needs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Any updates will be reflected on this booking page.

Once your deposit has been received, your confirmed package price is protected. If a substitution becomes necessary after booking, a comparable experience or accommodation of equal or greater value will be provided whenever possible.

✈️ Airfare

Airfare is not included in this package. Travelers are responsible for arranging their own flights unless otherwise specified. Flight recommendations and arrival/departure guidelines will be provided to all confirmed travelers to help ensure a smooth group arrival and departure.

Deposit Requirements

A $50 deposit per person is required to save your spot and secure your price. If booking double occupancy, please submit both traveler's information and a combined deposit amount of $100.
