WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
- Submit your Travel Planning Request Form.
- We will review your request and contact you within 1-2 business days to schedule a Planning Call to discuss your travel goals and desires, ask any additional questions, and explain the planning process.
- We'll determine the appropriate Professional Travel Planning Fee based on the complexity of your travel request. Planning fees begin at $25.
- An invoice for your Professional Travel Planning Fee will be emailed to you. Once payment has been received, we'll begin researching and designing your personalized itinerary.
- We'll schedule your Proposal Call to review the details of your customized itinerary together, answer questions, discuss any revisions, and ensure every detail meets your expectations.
- Once you're ready to book, we'll collect your payment and confirm your reservation/s.
- After your reservation/s is confirmed, you'll receive payment confirmation, itinerary, payment schedule (if applicable), supplier Terms & Conditions, and any required travel documents, verifications, and forms.
PROFESSIONAL TRAVEL PLANNING FEES
At Rein or Shine Travel Concierge, every itinerary in thoughtfully researched and customized to fit your travel style, preferences, and budget.
To provide the highest level of personalized service, a non-refundable Professional Travel Planning Fee is required before itinerary planning begins.
Planning fees begin at $25 and vary based on the complexity of your travel request.
Your travel planning fees cover:
- Personalized destination research
- Customized itinerary design
- Resort and hotel recommendations
- Flight guidance and/or selection
- Excursion and activity recommendations
- Personalized travel proposal
- Professional travel expertise and concierge planning services
Estimated Proposal Timeframes
- Single vacation requests: 3-5 business days
- Custom or multi-destination itineraries: 5-10 business days
- Group, luxury, or specialty: Up to 14 business days
* If your departure date is within 45 days, please indicate this on the Travel Planning Request Form so that we can prioritize your request whenever possible.
Please note: The planning fee is separate from the cost of your travel package and is non-refundable.
