You’ll receive a customized travel proposal based on the details discussed. Pricing and availability are not guaranteed until the required reservation or deposit is completed.
4. Invite Your Travelers
Once the package is approved, your group will receive booking instructions, payment information, and important deadlines.
5. Enjoy Your Getaway
Your group travels together while Rein or Shine Travel Concierge helps coordinate the travel details behind the scenes.
Before You Get Started
One person must serve as the group leader and primary contact. The group leader will assist with sharing trip information, encouraging timely responses, and helping the group meet booking and payment deadlines.
Minimum traveler requirements may apply. Planning or group-coordination fees will be discussed before the planning process begins.
Private group getaways are planned exclusively for your group and are not personally hosted by Rein or Shine Travel Concierge unless hosting arrangements are discussed and confirmed separately.
